Trainee Manager
We are seeking an enthusiastic trainee to support our management team.
This is a new role and an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated individual to oversee day-to-day operations and play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and effective delivery of our services.
Your main aim will be to ensure that a company achieves the highest level of productivity while maintaining efficiency, cost, safety, and quality.
You will work with many people, including employees, directors, other managers, and external stakeholders, such as suppliers, customers and contractors.
As this is a new role within the business, we are keen to hear from a wide variety of candidates.
You will be enrolled on a Graduate Apprenticeship, with a choice of course best suited to your interests:
- BA (Hons) Business Management
- BEng (Hons) Civil Engineering
- BSc (Hons) Construction and the Built Environment
This will allow you to study towards a degree whilst gaining valuable industry experience.
Suitable for 5th or 6th year school leaver.
